We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Account Information: Email address for authentication and billing.
• Usage Credits: Metadata about the consumption of AI tokens to manage your balance.
• Local Agent Logs: These are stored only on your machine and are not transmitted to us unless you manually provide them for support.

3. Data Processing & AI Providers

YhwhCode acts as a secure tunnel. To provide our code generation services, your prompts are processed by high-quality AI models:

• Standard Tier: Processed through Minimax 2.5 (vía OpenCode/ZEN API gateways).
• Elite Tier: Processed through Google Gemini 3 Flash via secure enterprise API.

Crucially: We DO NOT use your code to train these models. Your data is sent only for real-time inference and governed by the strict data protection policies of these providers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe and PayPal for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Authentication is handled through secure providers like Google (NextAuth).

5. Your Rights
